This master thesis implies that shows through a survey the impact the monuments left on the culture, what is their message, and finally what is the relationship of man to monuments. Each nation had its own successes and failures. These monuments tended to be somewhat larger, and in that aim, they succeeded. Yugoslavian monuments are not only a modernist, but have very separate and inherent typology, which is in every respect a monumental and symbolic. Almost all of these monuments were erected on the historic places that played a certain role. Situated in open countryside they formed an invisible network of symbolic places, which still generate Yugoslav space. Presenting them through six posters, these monuments will show his audience the essence, function and purpose.
